Nice building, clean waiting area, friendly and effecient front desk, not overcrowded, short waiting time, excellent assistants, doctor was outstanding, everyone is kind and understanding, phlebotomist was superb, no one was condescending, an overall refreshing experience. Worth more than five stars.

The staff is friendly and accommodating. The phlebotomist is amazing, she was extremely kind and really helped me through my fear of getting labs done! I can’t say enough about her!

I followed Dr. Jessica Stevenson when she left another practice. She is the most compassionate, and caring provider I have ever had the pleasure of knowing. Gina, who she works hand in hand with is so incredible. These two ladies care deeply about patients. I couldn’t be more thankful for them!

I have primary care and specialist appointments here and find everyone pleasant, responsive and focused on the patients and their comfort. Phone and front desk staff are friendly and respectful which is so different from my experience at MGH or Brigham. Techs and lab staff are polite and pleasant. Have been happy with the care and attention here.

Went in on a Saturday to the walk-in clinic for stitches and a tetanus shot. Was seen within 20 minutes. The RN and the nurse practitioner were knowledgable and efficient. All questions answered, got stitched up and was in and out in less than 90 minutes. I would recommend them highly for simple medical stuff. For a real serious medical emergency, of course I would go to a hospital ER. Last time I was in an ER, I was there for literally 6+ hours for something relatively simple.
